How do You want to feel this summer?
Its sweltering hot outside …
Right away, I found part of topics and ideas for my blog. To be more precise not only the topics on my paper, instead I could witness the composition of my sweat and my pen ink. That’s the height of summer! With temperatures rising, my brain decided to scribble more relevant topic to the present framework.
After I thoroughly scrutinize I just found my chilled orange colored bottle just beside me on my work table. This made me realize that no topic would be best than “Satu” in this scorching and scalding summer. So this very day lets all of us grab the wholesome chunk of SATU.
One of the most indigenous protein sources usually served as a sharbat or juice at the peak of summer. It is a unique combination of grains that are naturally right in proteins, minerals and other nutrients made after powdering roasted chick peas (chana), is immensely popular in the terai region of Nepal.
The best thing about Satu is that its nutritional values is intact, and has a longer shelf life. It is high on fiber and low on sodium with good proportions of calcium, iron, manganese and magnesium. It is high on insoluble fiber, which makes good for your intestines, and is low on glycemic index, making it safe, and in fact beneficial for diabetics. So whether you’re watching your weight or suffering from digestion problems, a glass of Satu sharbat, will go a long way in keeping you healthy.
Also I have a good news to all the beautiful girls who want the perfect body shape. This drink provides proper nutrition to women and keeps them healthy in regular routines. Additionally this drink saves from warmness of heat waves during hot season as it keeps stomach cool and healthy.
Having a good digestion is very important because digestive system take in nutrients and eliminates wastes. Therefore if your digestion is compromised your whole health will be compromised. Regular use of Satu also cures gas and acidity problem naturally. It is very good for treating heart burn and cools body temperature therefore it is mostly used in the summer season.
P.S. You should include Satu on your diet, as it is very salubrious for you. Make a habit of doing no harm to your body. Every time you eat or drink, you are either feeding disease or fighting it. There is always a choice.
